Voting Question: Is AlfaHighTech.com a scam? Pay with Giftcard requested?

I am interested in buying from a website called AlfaHighTech.com I recieved an email from them informing me the item was new, etc. I tried calling the phone number listed by merchant circle and it won't work. Apparntly they are in irving, TX. They also have ads listed in classifieds for some of their items. When I went to pay it gave me these instructions: You have to follow the steps exactly and your payment will be ready in a few minutes. : Go to the following link: AMAZON PAYMENTS (where you can setup an online giftcard) Enter the amount of your order ( example : 500 USD ) and leave all other fields blank. : Follow the checkout instructions and after you receive an email with the title : " Amazon.com: Your gift card order is ready to print " send the card code to our email : update@alfahightech.com . : After we receive the email we will process your order ASAP and give you an update.
